Nel XVI secolo, i tulipani erano un simbolo di ricchezza e stile nell’Impero Ottomano.
Durante la febbre dei tulipani nei Paesi Bassi negli anni 1630, un solo bulbo di tulipano poteva valere più di una casa.
I tulipani arrivarono nel Nord Europa nel XVI secolo e contribuirono alla nascita dell’industria floreale olandese.
Durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, i bulbi di tulipano venivano mangiati come cibo nei periodi di scarsità.
La Svezia è oggi uno dei paesi che consuma più tulipani per persona, soprattutto in inverno. Ogni anno in Svezia vengono venduti oltre 150 milioni di tulipani.

Received as part of a bundle for my birthday. Not had time to try the bouquet twisters yet but loved setting up the flowers on this and they held and lasted a long time. Excited to play around some more.
Glasyren har runnit väldigt osnyggt, klump i botten, ränder och ojämn i färgen. Inget speciellt med skålen heller. Har frukostskålar från IKEA som står bättre.

This is a beautiful tool. It is sturdy and well-made. Heavy and a delight to use. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to do large airy arrangements.
Roligt att man kan göra andra sorts arrangemang med blommorna. Passar perfekt för dahlior som inte går att ha i bukett då stjälkarna är för korta ibland. Övar fortfarande med hanataban men fakirerna är toppen!

Zonder enige ervaring met bloemen kon ik een mooi bloemstuk uit mijn eigen tuin voor op tafel samenstellen. Het is wel even uitvinden hoe ik de stelen moet afknippen zodat het boeket mooi rechtop blijft staan. Superleuk om op deze manier met bloemen bezig te kunnen zijn!
First one arrived with paint defect after a few days I got a response and a replacement was sent out very swift delivery but then that once arrived smashed to pieces currently still waiting on a email response to the second arriving smashed
Shame as the item is nice am just having a lot of issues
