2 Payment by card

We accept VISA and Mastercard. Our partners for these transactions is Shopify Payments, that guarantees a fast and secure payment.

What is security code (CVV2/CVC2/CSC)?

To increase security, you as a customer are prompted to enter three last (American Express 4 digits) numbers printed in the signature field on the back of the card. CVV2 is VISA's name and CVC2 is MasterCard's name. American Express's equivalent is called CSC. Other terms on the market used are the security code, CVV code, CVx or security number. This code is sent to the card issuer for verification and verification.

Where can I find the code on the card?

On Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard you will find the code that are the last three digits in the signature field on the back of the card. If you use American Express, the code is four digits and is on the front of the card.

Why does security code need to be entered?

This is to increase safety. These figures are randomly produced by the card issuer and may only be used as a verification for distance trading purchases.

Verified By Visa

Verified by Visa is Visa's designation of the 3D Secure standard for secure identification of card customers when purchasing the Internet.

Card issuers who have offered this service to their card customers will be able to identify and verify the card customer's identity securely. The card customer is linked to their card issuer and is allowed to enter their username and password.

MasterCard SecureCode

Mastercard SecureCode is Mastercard's designation of the 3D Secure standard for secure identification of card customers when purchasing the internet. Card issuers who have offered this service to their card customers will be able to identify and verify the card customer's identity securely. The shipping cost is from 9.50 USD / Traceable shipping with PostNord. If you chosse DHL Express the actual shipping cost will be calculated in the check out.


DHL Express : Normally 2 - 3 Business days. Since we ship from Sweden, there might be a delay depending on the time difference from where you place the order.

PostNord : Normally 5 - 9 Business days

Normal deliverytime to is 5-9 Businessdays according to the information given by PostNord.

Longer delivery times than stated may occur during periods when we have high load due to high order intake, inventory closures, delays from the manufacturer, etc. Customs clarifications may also affect the deliverytime.

Tracking of your parcel:

If you chose DHL Express, you should receive an email to the email adress submitted upon ordering. You should be able to track your parcel on dhl.com

If you chose PostNord, your tracking number is in your confirmation email, sent when your order is fulfilled. This confirmation email is sent to the same email adress you submitted upon ordering. If you do not receive any emails / confirmation emails from us, you might have submitted the wrong email adress. You could also check your trash mail.

Its up to the customer to make sure that the correct email adress is submitted upon ordering. 

PostNord handles the first part of transportation. You can use your tracking number to track your parcel on postnord.com

When your parcel reaches your country of destination, you need to track your parcel, using the same tracking number, on your countrys main post service operator.

For example:

USA : usps.com

UK : royalmail.com

Check which operator that handles the main post in your country and track your parcel on their website.

During some seasons the shipping company may have a heavy work load which also may cause longer deliverytimes than stated.

Note that for some destination and over a certain amount a customs fee is invoiced separately from your destinations customs. This fee is not inclueded in the shippingcost. For more information regarding tax/vat/customs fees, contact your local forwarder or check the rules regarding customs and import fees in your country.

Note: We do not deliver Postal Packages/Company Packages/Couriers to box addresses.

When a customer places an order, it's up to him/her to carefully review the shipping adress. After an order is placed, our system automatically sends the shipping information to the postal package office and any change to the shipping information is NOT guaranteed.

If customer want to return the package, him/her is responible for the shipping and the shipping cost and will recieve a full refund when the parcel has returned to us with no damage to the product


Important information regarding refusal of arised import / tax costs:

Please note that import duties, import taxes, and other charges that may arise in connection with the customer's order are not included in the shipping cost specified in our checkout. It is entirely up to the customer to find out the specific import, customs, and tax regulations applicable to the country to which the shipment is ordered and sent. When the customer agrees to our terms & conditions, they accept responsibility for these costs. If the customer refuses to accept and bear the costs incurred upon the arrival of the shipment to the destination country, the package will be returned to the sender. In this case, a refund for the products will be issued, minus an administrative fee of $20. A deduction equivalent to import duties and other costs incurred upon return will also be subtracted from the refund amount. Please note that no shipping or return costs will be refunded if the refusal to accept import duties, taxes, or other charges by the customer occurs upon the package's arrival in the destination country where the customer placed the order.

1.2 GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE CONSUMERS (see further down for General Terms and Conditions for Enterprises)

For private consumers, the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply. You can read more about your rights as a consumer at the Swedish Consumer Agency.

We deliver to private individuals worldwide

Customers under the age of 18 must have guardian's permission to place orders with us.


The prices of our goods are stated in USD or the currency for the country where you place the order. Any tax or sales tax will be added to the products total sum in the check out.

Shipping costs are added to all orders. When you put something in the cart, you can see what the estimated shipping cost will be in the box below the cart. The shipping cost is then added to the total cost before confirming your order.


To shop with us, you must enter information in all fields that are mandatory at the time of customer registration. If we do not have your e-mail address, we cannot send you an order confirmation and we cannot notify you of known delivery delays or if any part of your order cannot be delivered.

The personal data you provide to us is used for order handling, invoicing, information, marketing and other purposes that aim to make our service work as well as possible. The data is not passed on to any third party.




As a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before we send the order to you. Once the order is in route cancellation is not possible.


In the case of unresolved packages, we charge a fee of 20 USD to cover the fees incurred in connection with the return of the package to us. Additional taxes, customs fees and shipping cost will also be charged to the customer.


If a product is damaged during transport, the damage must be reported immediately to the freight forwarder (Postnord / DHL)

You also contact us for a complaint as we are responsible for ensuring that the deliveries arrive at you safely.


All the goods you have ordered are Ingvar Strandh's Flower School AB's property until full payment has been received by us.


To make a complaint about a faulty or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new item without any additional shipping cost, provided the item is available. If we cannot replace you with a new item, we will refund you once we have received the defective item in return. For return of defective goods, we will send you a shipping label with paid postage.

Good to know is also that as a private consumer you have three years to complain about an original defect in an item.

In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact us and to simplify the handling of the complaint, state the order number and the reason for the complaint.


According to the Distance Contracts Act, the private consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal applies when the goods and packaging are returned in the unaltered state. The product must not be used, but packaging must have been carefully opened. In order to use the right of withdrawal as a private consumer, you must contact the COMPANY. Return shipping is paid for by the consumer. Refunds will be made as soon as we have the goods back and the return is approved (refund is made within 30 days).

According to the Consumer Sales Act, private consumers have the right to complain about a product within 6 months of the date of purchase. Warranty is not covered by wear and tear


Events beyond our control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that we are relieved of our obligations to perform the agreements entered into.


We reserve the right to change all information without prior notice. In the event of a final sale or if a sales item has been issued, we have the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in advance.


According to the Electronic Communications Act, which entered into force on 25 July 2003, anyone who visits a website with cookies must be informed about it.
