We've been wanting to offer you guys a place to read inspiring articles about all things floral, more in depth than for example an Instagram post or a reel can do, hence the startup of this blog. We'll talk mainly about different ways to create beautiful floral arrangements using our various products, but we'll also share news and tell you about our day to day life here at the Hanataba office in Sweden.
How it started?
The Hanataba journey that we are currently on took off about six years ago, when the first Hanataba Original bouquet twister prototype was created. But the idea behind this bouquet twister tool had been brewing in the back of Christians mind for much longer, at that time around fifteen years on and off. He wanted to design a simple and easy to use floral tool, that would help the user create stunning bouquets in a spiral, the way florists usually do. The Hanataba Original was first premiered at the Formex Fair in january of 2020.
It all started with the Hanataba Original, but since then we've added more floral tools and other realated products to our webshop and our plan forward is to keep inventing and develop fun and beautiful tools that are both easy to use and sustainable.

Received as part of a bundle for my birthday. Not had time to try the bouquet twisters yet but loved setting up the flowers on this and they held and lasted a long time. Excited to play around some more.
Glasyren har runnit väldigt osnyggt, klump i botten, ränder och ojämn i färgen. Inget speciellt med skålen heller. Har frukostskålar från IKEA som står bättre.

This is a beautiful tool. It is sturdy and well-made. Heavy and a delight to use. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to do large airy arrangements.
Roligt att man kan göra andra sorts arrangemang med blommorna. Passar perfekt för dahlior som inte går att ha i bukett då stjälkarna är för korta ibland. Övar fortfarande med hanataban men fakirerna är toppen!
